“Product Owner Challenge” – is a new agile game with Lego bricks. It supports organisations in transitioning from Waterfall to Agile and illustrates the agile mindset to a waterfall-driven product development culture: stop micro-management and communicate face-to-face clear objectives, requirements, and product vision. A guy walks into a store and steals a $100 bill straight out of the register. He then buys $70 worth of goods using the $100 bill, and the owner gives him $30 in change.
